I simply adore Deadwood (TV series, written by David Milch). It's raw, down to earth and rife with expletives. I didn't see it the first time round and have been watching Season 1 on ABC. Strangely enough I didn't fall asleep quickly after watching last night's episode, which included a mercy killing and consequently I woke late this morning. I'll be brief because my half-sister (still think it's weird calling someone a 'half' ~ I suppose it's because her genetic mix is different to mine) is coming to my place for lunch. The sun is streaming through the windows and the Magpies, which rise and eat early have long gone from the lawn.
