Some people talk about what they will do, others actually DO IT! I just wanted to express my absolute admiration for an acquaintance of mine ALANA TOMPSON who has become a volunteer camera operator for the SEA SHEPHERD CONSERVATION SOCIETY. She and her small crew will document the amazing work to be carried out in the Antarctic Whale Defence Program 2013/2014. Alana is not only a young film maker, she is an artist, animal rights activist and some times model. One of her artworks appeared on this blog in the online exhibition Dis(ease), Un(ease).....
I wish her and the crew all the very best for their three month journey and fight to save whales at risk of being slaughtered by Japanese whalers. Happy Christmas Sea Shepherd, keep safe.
