I really enjoyed my swim this morning. Managed to do 8 laps of the 25 metre pool ~ six breast stroke and two back stroke and lots of aerobic exercises. I'd love to do this every day ~ what a joy. I'll probably swim again on Friday morning before Mark McDean and I do a Flinders Lane gallery hop, that is, if my swim suit is actually dry by then! The temperature has dropped a little since it began raining about an hour ago. It's about 11 degrees in Melbourne, but I'm having one of those 'I'm only happy when it rains' experiences and loving every minute of it ~ of course, it's easy to feel this way when you're warm inside and there's a lovely sandalwood candle emitting it's amazing odour into the air. Life is good!
Julie,
ReplyDeleteGreat you are swimming. I love it.
And loved swimming outdoors in Perth in the winter.
