Tomorrow I find out what the xray of my lumbar spine and bone density test reveal. Hoping that it is not too drastic. For those interested I have improved about fifty percent although walking still involves pain in my lower back. My task is knowing when I've walked too much, physiotherapist prescribed exercises and pain management with prescription medicine (paracetamol). In the meantime I've been reading 'The Technical Delusion' by Jeffrey Sconce, Duke University Press, which I'm enjoying. No art making and minimal domestic duties. Will keep my readers, whoever you are, posted.
