Knowing full well that the majority of Australians would say YES to Indigenous recognition in our constitution, I think it is cunning of the committee to piggy back onto this the notion of a voice! You get one, you get the other.
Mounting evidence suggests that many Indigenous Australians are not in favour of this so called voice because they are from many nations, culture and languages and their diverse voices will not be heard.
I am still holding fast to voting NO to the voice, but totally support changing our constitution to recognise Indigenous Australians.
