Yesterday I walked to the Ben Alexander Reserve - about a ten minute walk and I was greeted by two Magpies that know me and were expecting food. They waited in anticipation whilst I drank my coffee and then when I left the park they followed me down the street. Not wanting to disappoint them I backtracked to Chimmys, bought a roll and returned to the park to feed them. My lower back still has pain, but for the moment it's bearable. I finished reading Jeffrey Sconce's amazing book The Technical Delusion and highly recommend it. Unsure how to proceed. More writing, more photographs or more art. I feel that even though it is February my year is only just beginning.
