I'm still in the throes of an intense arthritis flair up. This one has been almost intolerable. Paracetamol really does very little to combat my pain, but the session I had with my physiotherapist Bethany yesterday morning gave some relief. You know you are alive when you have intense experiences. My mantra whilst doing my necessary, prescribed exercise is 'I am sore, but I am safe'. As I write this I think of the truncated messages people would write on the rear of postcards. Ideas are condensed. Life like an entree captures in small doses. I hope to report soon that my pain has subsided. Cross fingers.
