Today's photomontage (self-portrait with Magpie for want of a better title) was inspired purely by the length of the piece of material that I found and the fact that I hadn't seen the three Magpies that I feed for the past four days and this morning they appeared. I see the work less a demonstration of the shroud and more the idea of drapery depicted within Art History.
