The sounds that accompanied these photographs was beautiful. The man, I suspect a follower of Confucius, was hitting a bell over and over again, perhaps as a meditation as he stood on the pavement in Victoria Street this afternoon?
And the laughter of this young woman was equally inspiring.
Neither were aware that I'd taken their photo, both totally absorbed in the moment. I ended up by purchasing a Vietnamese mint plant in a small pot - now all I have to do is find a recipe in which I can use it.
