No blogs till I get a new computer

I can only make this post because I've come into Melbourne Uni today to fill in some forms and can access computers here.  My computer at home died unceremoniously yesterday afternoon (probably due to over-use on those two really hots days) and I need to organise getting a second-hand or new one.  I've left the pros and cons of such an endeavour in my son's capable hands. I'm hoping to be back on line by next Monday or Tuesday. In the meantime Steve has assured me that he'll be constructing a blog entry, but of course I probably won't be able to see or read it ~ until then...
