I thought I'd put all the paintings I've done since the beginning of October together, so you can see them en masse. The last one I completed ~ Synapse #9 is on the bottom right hand corner. It's approximately 36 cm x 46 cm and is, like the others, acrylic paint on canvas. I'll either go out and purchase another canvas and begin work on another painting today, or I'll continue researching the place where I lived when I was a child. It's going to be another hot day, so I'll have to think wisely about how much walking around in the heat I really want to do.

I have seen several of these painting in real life and the photo's don't do them justice. I still like the seed the most.

Thanks Lauren,
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure which one you think is a 'seed'. Is it the one that your originally thought looked like a penis? It's actually supposed to be sunlight - a bit of a stretch, but that's what I was thinking of.
Erin's favourite is Synapse #9, he can see animal shapes in the grey areas.
