Strange Day...
Today, my son and I had a lovely lunch and a leisurely walk along Birrarung Marr (Aboriginal = River of Mists) and the Yarra River, up the hill and over the bridge to Batman Avenue. I hadn't done that walk for a while ~ so, it was good to talk and stroll in the crisp Melbourne air, look at the river, watch people jogging and see children playing happily in their own little play area. The Circus Oz tent seemed to be a permanent fixture located as it was behind the large Ferris Wheel. The downside of all that walking was my lower back became sore ~ I think that last steep walk up Russell Street to the coffee shop caused the problem. Later in the afternoon my health took a strange turn and I ended up at the doctors again. Endless tests have been ordered, beginning with a blood test tomorrow morning. But as the doctor said, sometimes life is just like this ~ you can be well for a long time and then suddenly have lots of little annoying ailments that seem to group together ~ I'm thinking of them as 'strange attractors' ~ eventually they will loose their hold and I will become better!

Sorry to hear about your back problem. Hope you get well soon!

Thanks Werner, but it won't actually get better as I have osteo-arthritis in two points in my spine - C5 and L5, in hip joints and also have cyst on my right hip, which causes pain. Coupled with recent illness ~ life can be a little frustrating. Other than that, I'm fine, hope you are as well.
