Please forgive my inarticulate musings, I often write early in the morning and really just want to get my thoughts down before proceeding with the day. In the evening I try to read over the post and correct any obvious grammatical mistakes. Sometimes friends advise me if I've overlooked some error and I dutifully amend the text. All I can say is, if you are looking for perfection you've come to the wrong place. My humanity (if you like) is incredibly flawed, prone to mistakes, often riddled with assumptions and bias. Having got that off my chest I can proceed as usual, making mistakes, correcting them, sharing a small part of my life with people I never see and almost always never hear from.

Aliey, I thought that my Tuesday post might have sounded like a plea for people to make comments, but that was not my intention. It's nice to get comments and people often do that in a personal email to me, either way, I'm happy to continue with the blog. I get about 40 people a day visiting from all over the world.
