Winchelsea - this woman may be an ancestor

I recently purchased this old photograph, which was part of a deceased estate from Winchelsea in Victoria. Does anyone know who she was? The photograph is pasted onto cardboard and backed by a page from The Argus, Melbourne newspaper. Unfortunately the date is missing but it looks like the photo was probably taken in the1940s. There is a soft albumin coating on the photo as was done back then to protect the thin paper photograph. Contact me if you know who she was. She may be a relative.
