After being contacted by my cousin Warren who I had never met ( I have never met any of my father's siblings or their children), I decided to do some research.
I discovered that four of the six sons of Catherine May Farquharson and my grandfather Charles Winter Clarke were returned soldiers in WW2.
They were David Henry Clarke (my father) and his brothers William John Clarke, Arthur Rupert Clarke and George Albert Clarke.
