Fight for seats on the Indigenous Advisory Panel?

Now we have Indigenous people competing with each other for a seat on the Voice Advisory Panel (if Yes wins out). I find the whole thing a cash grab or jobs for the boys (or gals). This whole process has been disgusting to say the least. I'll be happy when it's over.

Wait! There's more. Either way (Yes or No) we are going to have to live through months of dissection by the media and if Yes prevails the years of whinging by Indigenous people stating that their voice is falling on deaf ears. If No prevails we will have deluge of insults that we are indeed racist. Is this really the discussion that was required as suggested by Albo a few days ago?
