I found this Ommatoiulus moreleti or, Portuguese millipede crawling on my carpet this morning. It must have entered underneath the front door. On close inspection of its stinger it looks a little dangerous so I've placed it in my rubbish bin. There is a fascinating story about these creatures in the Wiki.
